A. Your home is insured on a "SPECIAL
FORM" policy. This provides coverage for all losses except
those excluded in the policy. Typical exclusions include: flood, backup of sewers
and drains, earthquake, water seepage, wear and tear (endorsements are available for
earthquake and backup of sewers and drains).
Q. Are my personal belongings covered for all losses?
A. Your personal belongings are insured on a
"NAMED PERIL" form. There are 17 types of losses covered on this form.

We suggest "Replacement Cost Coverage" on both the
Dwelling and Contents.
Q. Is there coverage for boats, snowmobiles, golf
carts, jet skis or camping trailers?
A. Please -- Call our office if you own any
of these items!!! We need to tailor your policy to cover ownership and use of
these!!!
Q. Is there coverage if I work out of my home?
A. There is very limited property and No
Liability coverage for home businesses. "Business In
The Home" programs are available if needed.
Q. Do I have enough liability insurance?
A. Umbrella policies are available which
provide excess liability coverage over all exposures. Please call if you are
interested.
Enhancement endorsements are available which
provide refrigerated products coverage, lock replacement for stolen keys, and increased
limits on jewelry and silver.
